Below are answers to common questions about restroom trailer sizes, pricing, power and water requirements, delivery, cleaning, maintenance, accessibility, and rental policies.

Are there extra fees for restroom trailer delivery, setup, or pickup?

VIP Restroom Trailers does not charge extra fees for normal delivery, setup, or pickup. Additional charges may apply if setup takes more than one hour or if delivery, setup, or pickup requires work beyond what was originally disclosed. Additional cleaning charges may also apply if the trailer is left unusually dirty, muddy, contains significant trash, or has vomit or other material requiring extra cleaning.

Are pets allowed inside the restroom trailers?

Yes. Pets may enter the trailer, but the customer may be charged for accidents that require additional cleanup.

What is the cancellation policy for a restroom trailer rental?

To receive a refund of the booking deposit, customers must provide at least 28 days’ advance notice of the event. The refund is subject to a $50 deduction for the time spent on the booking.

Who is responsible if the restroom trailer is damaged?

The customer is responsible for damage to the restroom trailer. VIP Restroom Trailers will repair the damage and charge the customer accordingly.

Can I reach VIP Restroom Trailers after normal business hours?

Yes. VIP Restroom Trailers checks voicemail after hours and strives to make sure customers are taken care of.

What should I do if the restroom trailer stops working?

First, check the power breaker to make sure it has not tripped. Make sure nothing else has been plugged into the same circuit, since an additional device can overload the circuit. If the breaker is fine, check that the power cord is firmly connected at both ends and check all GFCI outlets for a tripped outlet. If everything appears correct and the trailer still is not working, contact VIP Restroom Trailers for assistance.

Does someone need to be onsite when the restroom trailer is delivered?

VIP Restroom Trailers prefers that a customer representative be present for delivery. This helps confirm the correct drop-off location and setup and gives the customer an opportunity to see the trailer operating properly. Someone does not necessarily need to be present for pickup as long as the trailer can be removed and all cords and hoses provided by VIP Restroom Trailers are accessible.

Where can a restroom trailer be delivered?

VIP Restroom Trailers can deliver to many locations. The site should be accessible from pavement or gravel so the trailer can be removed if it rains. Because some trailers can operate using an onboard water tank and generator, certain remote locations may also be possible. For proper operation, the location of the trailer must be as level as possible.

Will someone explain how the restroom trailer works after delivery?

Yes. When VIP Restroom Trailers delivers the unit, the team will show someone onsite how the trailer works. If a customer representative is present and available, the team will provide a quick overview of the operating procedures.
